Extremely helpful and really helpful staff and quaint hotel.
Really unforgettable stay, as always. The hotel with tastefully decorated and unique rooms, in a downtown area, in a newly-gentrified neighborhood. Nice location with free parking for guests. Also, easy to get to Children's Museum of Eau Claire. Delicious food in the attached restaurant.

Our location was excellent to the reviving downtown area. Moreover, it's close to the adjacent Langley restaurant and proximity to downtown Eau Claire dining and restaurants, bars.

The location is favourable and they have parking onsite. There's cool Acoustic Cafe approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, make desserts etc.

We loved the fun and quirky atmosphere of this hotel. The record player in our room with a good selection of albums was a unique touch. The hotel's location in downtown EC was great, just across the river and right by the river walking path. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

Located near bike trails and downtown Eau Claire dining. Good on-site dining and nightly entertainment. No tipping policy was unexpected. Rustic modern decor with friendly staff. Large room with separate sitting area. Comfortable bed and walk-in shower. Very clean and excellent location in beautiful downtown setting. Growing and preserving community. Super chill and welcoming atmosphere. Within walking distance of Pablo and downtown. Will be back for sure!

Liked Eau Claire, the hotel was quirky and cool in a newly-gentrified neighborhood. Besides, the location was magnificent and fantastic for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of University of Wisconsin. The food for brunch was OUTSTANDING in the attached restaurant.

The hotel is a great value for money and prices are reasonable. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the stylish modern design to the cozy plaid wool upholstery. The location is perfect, right by the river's walking path and just a short stroll from the downtown area. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and come with a charming little note, which adds a personal touch. The breakfast is delicious with a nice menu to choose from.
One small improvement could be made in providing a door between the bedroom and the sitting area, for added privacy. But overall, everything was more than satisfactory.
